Parker Pens Order Procedure

Please do contact us for assistance for any of your corporate gift requirements.

If you need a quote, please provide the following information so we can respond quickly:

Your full company details including all contact telephone numbers. 
Which product are you interested in?
How many units would you like? 
Do you require branding on the items? Please attach the logo or design if so.
If you can't attach the file, please tell us how many colours are in the logo or design.
Do you have suitable artwork for branding? If unsure, read more here.
What's your deadline and where would you like to take delivery? 
Please note that we will not start branding without a 60% deposit and we will only release your order upon full payment of the order.

We email your quote to you and you place your order.

When you place your order, please let us have your VAT No. if applicable, your invoicing details and physical address for delivery of your products. 
We will invoice your for payment of the 60% deposit. Our designer will in the meanwhile prepare your artwork so that you can see what your products will look like with your branding.
We email you the artwork, you approve and we go into production with the printing or engraving.
You pay the remaining 40% and we deliver door to door. Please Note: If you are buying unbreanded pens, you will need to pay the full amount up front.
Please note that we will only deliver once we have received full payment.
Please note that we do not accept cheques.

We liase with the courier company so that we confirm your products are safely received!

HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?
This depends on how busy production is and where in the country you are based. Usually 7 to 10 working days after approval of artwork for delivery door to door. If you require your products sooner, please let us know.
